Getting started

• Download MobileID from the App Store (iPhone).
• Open the app and complete the initial setup steps.
• Enable protected access using your phone’s security options (for example biometrics), when offered.

Adding documents

• Open your document overview in MobileID.
• Choose to add a new document.
• Select an appropriate category or document type.
• Capture front and back photos where relevant.
• Optionally add an expiry date or name if the app allows it.
• Save the document.

Viewing documents

• Open MobileID and authenticate when prompted.
• Tap a document in your overview to view details.

Important to know

• MobileID stores copies for personal use. It is not official identification.
• When an official document is required, always bring your physical document.
• Keep your phone itself well protected with a screen lock and updates.

Photo tips

• Use good lighting.
• Hold the camera straight above the document.
• Avoid shadows and reflections.
• Make sure the full document is visible.
