1. Who is responsible

MobileID is a product of Fraudly. For privacy questions, contact support@fraudly.app.

2. What MobileID is

MobileID is a personal Fraudly app that helps you keep important documents and personal information securely on your own phone. MobileID is not a government service and does not turn stored copies into legally valid identification.

3. What information

In the app, you can add documents and related information yourself (for example photos of documents and metadata you enter). You decide what to store.

This website does not use analytics or tracking cookies. Email contact happens through your own email client.

4. Storage and protection

Your information is stored securely on your device. MobileID uses your phone’s security capabilities, including biometric authentication where available, to help protect access to sensitive information.

We do not make absolute technical guarantees here. Security also depends on how you protect your device (for example screen lock and software updates).

5. Sharing with third parties

MobileID is designed to avoid unnecessary sharing of personal information. The app is not intended to share your documents with third parties for ordinary storage.

If the app or this website later adds optional features that require network traffic, this policy will be updated clearly.

6. Your control

You can add, edit or delete documents in the app yourself. Removing the app removes local app data from the device, subject to your operating system and backup settings.

7. Changes

This privacy policy may be updated when the app or website changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest update.
